Only your Vet will be able to diagnose the reemergence of the tumor. Your Vet will need to do a metastasis check. Even if the metastasis check is normal, there could still be cancer cells that have microscopically spread. The recommendation is to have a conversation with the veterinarian that removed the tumor.

Yes, dogs can die from eating chocolate. Chocolate can also cause an upset stomach, vomiting, diarrhea an overall sense of malaise. Chocolate contains theobromine, a central nervous system stimulant. There are different levels of theobromine toxicity. Milk chocolate has the least amount of theobromine, while dark chocolate has more. Baker’s chocolate has the most with just a small amount of chocolate equaling a large amount of theobromine.

Hi Dr. Campbell, i have a question. Is raw food a good diet for your pet? I've always fed my previous pets dry dog food, and they seemed to live a healthy, active normal life. One dog lived to be 26.

it could be a behavior problem- i'm not a vet but if she got removed from her mother too early or you are rough playing with her using your hands. i would recommend still seeing a vet about the behavior problem- but the best way to solve it i think is ignoring her and not giving her any attention or eye contact. hope that helps! :)

How do you intrduce a kitten to new surroundings? For instance, bringing he/she home for the first time. Also, how do you set up a room to be safe and comfortable for a kitten?

Well, first and foremost, it hurts!!! A tight collar could cause local infection, irritation and asphyxiation.

it's the theobromine in it, but I forget how exactly it harms them. but I didn't know you couldn't feed it to cats either, thanks for letting me know. =]

it has a chemical thats harmful to them (forgot the name) but large doses of it can be fatal. its also best to not feed it to a cat. research it if u want
