Hmm and how about when the iron is too wide/sleeve too narrow and you can`t apply this process on the sleeve?

This is the third video on ironing a shirt and no one irons the gathering between the sleeve and the cuff. Turn the point of the iron on the sleeve toward the cuff and iron into the gathering without creasing. Pull the cuff as you do it.
