Can we delete the parameter or calculated variable or hide them after exported ? Bcos sometimes customer might not want new objects on Dashboard.

i was tried what you explained, but whhen i was published the datasource to tableau online after extract datasource connected and extract-->refresh option is disabled....can u explain why extractwas disabled?
