Heard the answer about the aim trainers.... which is a bit awkward as I am playing Kovaak's while listening.

Great video as always!

I have several topic requests as a high performance coach:

Do you have any insight on extremely rapid tension release? Once we realize we are holding tension in a certain muscle group that is effecting our gameplay, how can we release as much of it as possible in these time frames as best as possible: 1 second, 10 seconds, 1 minute, and 5 minutes. I already know longer term tension release tactics, but i tense while gaming and so do other people ive helped. 5 minutes is too much to ask in the moment.

Do you have any endurance tips? I've found quickly fatiguing either physically, or mentally (or both) is a huge hurdle for certain people looking to improve.

Eye exercises?

Insights about lag and how it can be handled mentally ? I've found a brawhalla world champion who had issues with this and seems to have overcame it a little bit.

I have a lot to say, and a lot to ask. I'd love a chance to message you about my findings- Inspiration and motivation is one of my passions and i've been looking for ways to actively help people on the path of improving their gameplay which leads them to looking back at themselves.

There's also Aim Lab for aim training. You can use your exact sensitivity in it because it uses the same sliders as your preferred game.

I feel like his videos look like they’re from the 2000’s or 90’s. Quality is up to date but it just has that feel haha

People have mentioned warm up routines a lot. But what sort of schedule would you recommend for someone looking to go pro? For example 1 hour of aim training, 3 pugs, 1 hour of demo watching/learning nades, etc. How would you divvy up your time if you were a relatively new player looking to go pro?

I realize this question can be kind of broad, but I'll try to keep it as concise as possible. Sometimes, I find that certain plays require teamwork (such as a flank or similar scenario), and I have the option to engage the fight. Generally there are a few outcomes that come out of this. 1. My teammates do nothing and watch me die. 2. My teammates follow up and the play is good and ends up beneficial for us. 3. My teammates follow up, but they fumble the play and blame me for a "bad call". 4. Only half the team follows up, but we lose the fight because not everyone was on the same page. I should probably mention that this is a game where voice chat is not an option so I would need to communicate through typing. What can I do or say to my team beforehand and afterwards to help my team understand what's about to happen? It would need to be short because not much time to type.

Hey I have a question about choosing a sensitivity: I tried everything from 3 cm (where I started from due to desk space limitations in the past) to 50 cm and then stuck on investing more time between 20 and 40, the problem is that ALL the sensitivities feel really good to me and I can aim pretty ok with them after a few seconds, now I can't decide with which one to stick to build deep memories, because I am unsure which is the one I could get the best with. I invested up to a half year into 20, 28.86, 34.6 and 41 (so like 2 years) and no matter which one I had I kinda was playing the same. (I am GM (sometimes top 500) in Overwatch as hit-scan (tracer soldier etc.) main as reference and my aim stats are like top 5-1%, but I feel very insecure about sticking with a sens too long :/)

I'm noticing a lot of very positive feeback on your channel and I think it is very justified.

What are some things to do during the break in between your 3.5 - 4 hour gaming sessions? I heard throwing a tennis ball against a wall with each hand is good for coordination, but what are some things you would suggest? Or something as simple as just taking a short walk around your neighborhood I guess?

Greg Irwin and Dr. Levi on Youtube have some great 3-5 minute warmup hand and finger exercises. You can do them really quickly while you're queuing or something.
