When should we change warmup routine/aim routine or should we just stick to the same and never change?

I find myself having good understanding of gamesense when I’m out of the game watching my vods, but I often find myself not being able to apply this into my gameplay. What are your tips to be able to apply the gamesense into game?

yo Rron i'd love to hear your full story from your first day playing cs to your first CPL then winning WCG then playing in CGS etc. Basically a full reflections video of your playing career. That would be sweet. Thanks!

Hey RRK, love your videos and I’m excited for more project A content. My question is how to consistently stay focused and in the zone. I’ve watched your consistency video and flow state video but have had little to know impact on my consistency with being in the zone. I don’t want to take any drugs like adderal but I’ve heard vitamin B supplements are good. I hydrate well and get lots of exercise, I just find myself frustrated when I come home and I know it’s going to be a crappy gaming day. Thanks

To follow up on the question with the person with the shaky aim in ranked play, i can from experience say, it might also be becasue you have to high sens, i had kinda same problem, and i turned down my sens, and it helped!

How to start a new roster? What things should I (as an IGL) focus on, and how to pass it to my teammates.

I'm currently going to Business School and at the end of the day after 8-9 hours of work I'm always drained. I'm so tired most of the time I can't even study or even game. Only on weekends I can play games and study. I really want to get into the comp scene, but you need to practice during the week where I don't have enough time. I'm actually depressed about that. I won't make it.

this channel really paves a lot of paths for me, keep up the great informative vids ron.
my main sensitivity is .75 @ 800dpi though during aim botz and even deathmatch i tend to perform better with .95 sens. during pugs, however, playing with .95 feels way faster than during aim dm. do you insist i leave .75 unchanged or keep practicing with .95?

@Ron Rambo Kim should your hand and fingers be tight/stiff when aiming or loose/relaxed?

I watch many pro demos and plenty of different tip videos (for smokes, flashes, etc). Ican remember it all when I’m not in a match but how do you train your presence of mind to apply what you learn in a match?
