I believe that God can only take over if we lay down all. If we are still struggling, He steps aside and watches us until we no longer have any strength of our own and finally surrounded. I wish Christians could understand this, and surrender all now . Thanks for such powerful and impactful word.

I love that scripture because of the truth what is seen is temporal, not lasting but it has such an effect on us causing us to grumble and complain, forgetting that we have a God who can take away our pain or troubles or lack in the twinkling of an eye. I was taught that complaining is a sin. That complaining tells God you are not grateful for your blessings. I agree with all of the reasons stated to change complaining and grumbling. I have started listening to gospel on the way to work. Traffic is not so bad.

I am a generally positive person but have to admit that 2020 has hit me in a way that grumbling has become a part of my life much more than in the past. I catch myself complaining and remind myself that the whole earth is struggling with covid 19 and where I am at in Canada is one of he safest places to be on the earth. Also I have been taking a journey on YouTube and I have been meeting so many great people so I want to be thankful for what God has already done in my life. Thanks for reminding us to be thankful instead o grumbling and complaining.
