This game has me torn, there’s bits I really enjoy and bits I really don’t. I’m still going to keep playing and finish it but it’s probably going to be a one and done kind of game for me.

Love/Hate for me. As most have pointed out the pawn AI sometimes is just "?!" I jumped onto a ledge by the river in the eastern map yesterday to enter a cave. My pawn jumped into the river despite the distance being much greater and in the opposite direction. Also, not a fan of the pawns crowding you while walking and standing in front of you when you're trying to take aim in fights.

I love the battles with ogres and drakes. Griffins can be ok unless they drop themselves into a river

The limited fast travel is ANNOYING AF AND I HATE IT but I wont quit the game bc of it (hopefully) bc I paid good money for it and want to enjoy the game

The minimal fast travel is only really an issue for the first half of your first playthrough. By the time of your new game plus (expecially if you ran the true ending on your first playthrough). You should have stockpiles of fast travel rocks and the portable jump points to put them anywhere you want.
So long as you use them wisely and don't waste them, you get plenty through exploration and quest rewards.
