Great explanation and information Raghav. I attest to your explanation. I am livening proof with my 26 year in the QA field. Like you said I started right after graduating from university as a simple software tester, and slowly moved up to QA analyst, next to senior QA analyst, at which point I took on QA lead roles and QA coordination for projects. Thereafter became QA manager to lead my own 20 members QA team. After a couple of years became QA Director over seeing, my 20 members but participating in a whole business unit client sector, where I over see all new member QA interviews, help business development with QA practice client offering, coach and mentor to QA members that may need guidance in my business unit. Love your tutorials keep up the great work . I have even suggested some of your tutorial to my automation QA folks where they need to learn Robot frame work on the fly to help out a client. I am Bala having 12 years of experience in functional testing. now I switch to UI nad API Automation but am unable to perform well due to NO Technical background . Kind of in dillemma.

My question is moving to abroad by doing MS is a better option?
