Which one do you suggest. Do you think it will be a good idea to learn DevOps and I am not sure if it will be easy for transitioning into DevOps field?

Hello sir, I am Manual tester having 3.5 years of experience, . Currently i am working on Salesforce testing. I do not have programming knowledge . What should choose for better career? Should i learn Salesforce development as i am working on Salesforce? Or go to automation testing?
