Bribe to cross border, kilometer-long queues, reluctance to fight for Putin: how men avoid the war

261 thousand men have left Russia after the announcement of the mobilisation by Russian President Vladimir Putin. There are kilometer-long queues of people and cars observed on the border with Georgia and Kazakhstan. Also, those who do not want to fight for Putin run away across the border with Finland. We have so many pro-war Russians here in Germany that I'm not sure if the fleeing Russians should be helped. Maybe many of them were pro-war a few weeks ago. On the other hand, I want to help those who were against Putin's war from the beginning. How can one distinguish between these Russians? You don't want to bring the enemy into your own country. Besides, every Russian who flees means less cannon fodder in Ukraine. Every fled Russian could also mean one Ukrainian life saved.
