That price is absolutely pathetic. Probably one of those apartments that was split in half so they could charge more for rent. I don't see this as something that the designers of the building would have considered a practical living space

This looks like my first apartment with my husband, except it was in Michigan. $500 a month with all the utilities included 😂. I miss how cheap it was!!!
