I totally understand the whole restriction-then-binge cycle. I thought that was the best way to go because I was fooling myself into thinking that “most of the time” I was making healthy choices. But the research on restriction/binge is pretty scary because of all the ways we stress our bodies when they have to recover. So yes, balance, balance, balance 👏🏼💕 thank you for your content, Liv!

The way I’ve needed this video…..my mental health hasn’t been that good lately, especially since my 25th birthday which….I never wanna relive that day again. I’ve been going through a couple of days of depression and just feeling insanely isolated so this video is definitely well needed.
