I'm glad you explained this, because I was deeply confused by this cutscene and believed almost everyone pictured in the cutscene were main bosses, I especially was confused when I saw the dung eater for the first time appear in the roundtable hold.

Good summary! The only thing I think might be a little off is the part about Fia. I don't think she intends to "restore" Destined Death. If I remember correctly from her questline, she wants to harness it to usher a new era of death or something like that by giving birth to a new death rune.

if you listen after gideon is mentioned, you’ll hear the sound of bells and footsteps from mausoleums. we now know these big rock boys are holding marikas children inside. i think we hear these sounds bc right when we hear them. here comes our character in the cutscene rising, that we are one of her children. we are demigods
