You can still recover your Data if you have ur Nintendo account wired with your user
Click transfer user and say I don't have my Nintendo switch and type your Nintendo switch account and your account will be able to pop up and transfer click transfer and now you have ur account back I just did this today with my Dads Nintendo and all my stuff was saved to his Nintendo I tested it out by playing pokemon unite and it worked.
