This Mysterious Civilization Predates the Sumerians & Egyptians - Harappan Civilization

With great symbols representing majesty and power, mythical gods and pharaohs, and great technological inventions that changed the world, we are used to seeing Egypt and Sumer as the oldest and most advanced civilizations in history. However, recent scientific research indicates that a mysterious ancient civilization located between Pakistan and India predates these two incredible cultures. Indeed, researchers believe that this civilization, known as the Harappan civilization or the Indus Valley civilization, is around 8,000 years old, which means that it's even older than the great Sumerian civilization. Its most famous city, Mohenjo-Daro, is a clear example of a well-established and highly advanced urban center, which includes sewage systems, roads, well-organized houses, agriculture, and artwork, among other things. However, even with all the information that researchers already have about these ancient people, the Harappan civilization also remains one of the most mysterious in history: Its script has not yet been deciphered, its urban planning and irrigation systems were more advanced even than most cities in modern India, and the civilization suddenly disappeared for reasons that are still not entirely clear. How did the Harappan civilization achieve such a degree of cultural and technological development? What was their secret? Did someone help them, or were they the descendants of an even older advanced civilization? And what is the mystery surrounding its sudden disappearance?

There are some underwater cities in India that indicates even older civilisations in that area, Ice age civilisations. There are underwater cities all around the world that mainstream archaeologists cannot explain.

I am from Harappa, Pakistan, and even away from the town/village, the place is littered with bricks from the Indus Valley Civilization. In fact there are so many bricks that the British had once used them for building on the railroad, and only later were the city ruins discovered. Harappa is an amazing place where walking through it, you can literally 'feel' the weight of all those times gone by and the souls of all those who lived them.

Her voice is well modulated and easy to listen to, making it less difficult to absorb information, sorely lacking in almost all channels and a treat here. Thank you.

This really makes me want to time travel into the past to see what really was going on here back then.

Mohenjo-daro is located in the Larkana district of the Sindh province in Pakistan, while Harappa is located in the Punjab province. Both cities were part of the Indus Valley Civilization, also known as the Harappan Civilization, which was one of the earliest and most widespread urban civilizations in the world.

I am from a city that had a part of the Harappa civilization. It is normal to unearth old pots or skeletons during construction. The whole area is also excessively haunted. I have experienced so many different hauntings in the whole city including my own home. Some buildings are unusbale because they are so haunted. Too much trauma over thousands of years.

I don't remember if it was Graham Hancock's TV series "Heaven's Mirror" or another documentary but I distinctly remember the narrator saying that some of the buildings in Mohenjo-Daro had been vitrified, which takes a temperature of 2000 degrees Celsius (minimum). I'm sure that the vitreous side will face the Nanda Devi National Park. If you look in the book " Nanda Devi Journey to the Last Sanctuary" by Hugh Thomson there's a hand-drawn graphic map of the area which clearly shows Nanda Devi is the central uplift of a double cosmic impact double crater approximately 16km/ 10 miles across. Nanda Devi is now recognised as the second highest peak on the planet @ 25, 646 ft/4.857miles high surrounded by a double crater system with walls over 23, 000 ft high. Nanda Devi is around 87 miles away from Mount Kailash on the Tibetan Plateau, in an ENE orientation. According to Sadhguru, in his podcast on this platform "Did This Mountain Come From Outer Space?", Mount Kailash is not made of the same material as the plateau and sits on a layer of sand which he states is "burnt" (vitrified) at the top surface, ie, when Mount Kailash landed it was hot. Looking at the map in the book I speculate that the double impactor came in from NNW and the ejecta thrown out by the impact to form Mount Kailash came from the spin of the object. Nanda Devi traditionally represents Parvati, Consort to Shiva, who is said to dwell in Kailash. If you check out the most awesome Mr Praveen Mohan's podcast, also on this platform, titled "The 3 Eyes of Shiva", about a temple/lighthouse @ Mahabalipuram, around 750 miles due South of Kailash, it seems logical to me that it's a triple warning beacon, most probably for the people at the pyramid of Gunung Padam in Indonesia. Taking my cue from the timing presented by Antonio Zamora in one of his podcasts about the Carolina Bays I estimate Mohenjo-Daro and Mahabalipuram would both have had around 6 minutes before the shockwave hit, Gunung Padam around 40 minutes after the beacon was seen. I own a Balinese Silver icon of the female Shakti of Shiva known as Ardanisatvar and Praveen Mohan's podcasts describe lots and lots of this culture and religion in the area. The Rig Veda describes a "weapon" known as the "Brahmastra" which is an "iron thunderbolt" containing "all the power of the Universe" which was fired from a "Mercury powered Vimana" piloted by the "faithful Gurkha" but this can be interpreted as the object originating from the direction of the planet Mercury and being alluded to as a weapon because the civilizations at the time were advanced enough to be flying Mercury-powered flying vehicles. According to the author Rene Nootbergen in the book "Secrets of the Lost Races" this "conflict" or "war" was survived only by the Kauravas. The Andakhas and the Vrishnis (V-ri-shni-kis) were wiped out. In another of Graham Hancock's books, it may have been "Fingerprints of the Gods" I remember reading about a period of 200 years commencing around 1500 years BC, 200 years after your proposed date for the demise of Mohenjo-Daro, when things got so bad for the Egyptians (the Cow-Ra-vas or maybe Cow-Ramas) that they stopped recording history. The Minoans disappear in the same period alongside Linea A, Greece is reduced to 10% of its population and loses the ability to write and Thera put 70 cubic kilometres of ash into the stratosphere.

I have read a lot about the Indus Valley civilizations, including Harappa. Most of the texts I've read places Harappan at an earlier date than this video does, suggesting that it reached its apex over 10, 000 years ago. It was also suggested that Harappan rose up out of a previous civilization which is much older than that. Linguistics as well as Geological and Geographical evidence was used to support this theory, putting the more ancient pre-Harappan civilization as being up to and possibly more than 10, 000 years older than the Harappan. Further evidence supporting this can be found in the earliest Vedic texts regarding the origins of Yoga practices, which describe the first Yogi as a semi-divine being sent from the heavens to bring the practice to mankind. Following the recent discovery of Gobekli Tepe in what is now southern Turkey, it has also been theorized that there is an even more ancient mother-civilization which, fleeing a disaster in an area of the world that has yet to be discovered, they brought their ancient knowledge to the peoples of early Mesopotamia in order to "civilize" them. Given that Gobekli Tepe was purposely buried by its own inhabitants around 10, 000 BCE, and that at the time of its entombment the stonework and engineering of the city and temples were already extremely advanced, it is assumed by the archeological evidence that Gobekli Tepe is many thousands of years older than that, possibly even up to 20, 000 years older. In fact, there is a wealth of evidence that in some places on the earth, prior to the last two ice ages, that there were pockets of very early civilizations whose ruins are now lost under hundreds of feet of rising ocean levels from the melting ice. In the texts that include this evidence the archeologists suggest that realistically advanced human civilization could be more than 40, 000 years old or older. This makes sense to me.

One possible reason could be the vanishing of Saraswati river, The holy river mentioned in the Rigveda and later in Vedic and post-Vedic texts. Considering how all the civilisations is believed to be near rivers, absence of abundant fresh water could be the reason for their decline. Although a river vanishing quickly is very mysterious in its own. We are seeing similar thing happening with Euphrates river now.

I believe we are only scratching the surface of ancient history. Many smart civilizations lived before current ones as we can’t figure out how they accomplished so much. I hope I’m still living when our history books have to be rewritten. 👵🏻👩‍🌾❣️

In terms of archaeological discoveries, as well as in many other ways, I think it’s a great time to be alive. So many discoveries of wonderful early civilizations, from that which produced the cities in ancient Asia Minor like Gobleki Tepe, the Near East and the Harappan Civilization, have dramatically changed how we view early human urbanization, just in my lifetime! Age 62 and always looking forever to new information on where we came from and how we developed.

As a plumber I can see the genius in the utilisation of water for the first time in history, but be careful not to get your dates mixed up... obviously the Indus valley were thousands of years before Egypt that's a given 👍

Some info may be worth considering. 1. Indian culture for thousands of years even today cremate their dead and the remains are dispersed into the holy river, usually the Ganga, as a final cleansing of sins before entry to heaven. This may account for the lack of 20, 000 to 40, 000 missing population. 2. According to the Bhagavad Gita (Indian Bible), on which the Great Indian Epic poem Mahabharat is based, around 5, 000 years ago. During the time of Lord Krishna who is a reincarnation of Lord Rama (Lord Krishna's birth circumstances incidentally very closely resembles that of Moses). Check it out describes weapons that can vaporize an army or make a river boil during the war that took place. 3. Great Indian Epic Ramayana predates Mahabharat by 5, 000 years. Lord Krishna is also a reincarnation of Lord Rama. Lord Krishna's birthday is celebrated globally by Indians today. This puts the Harrapan culture well within this time frame. I won't spoil the investigation. 4. Recent underwater city discovered of the coast of Dwarka, Gujarat, India. Maybe a link there. India at that time was a number of separate kingdoms, each with it's own language and variation on culture. Many still exist today going back thousand's of years. PS. Watch both Epics Mahabharat and Ramayana on YouTube. I hope this helps. Happy New Year!

Egypt, Sumeria, the Indus valley and the Peru/Bolivia megalithic sites, if fairly studied, I belive are ALL restarts from previous civilizations that were temporarily interrrupted at variouis times by catastrophic events, the most common of which seems to be flooding. Historians and some archaeologists are avoiding this, like in Egypt, failing to commence excavations and explorations that would ultimately prove the existence of ancient civilizations, but the writting on Horus's Temple proves/confirms also that Plato's tale of Atlantis is real and correct. Meanwhile Egyptologists keep sitting on their hands concerning the site of the Laybrenth .
Lets hope the Pakastan and India archaeologists value truth and action over dogma! Keep working on the ancient languages.... I understand that there are at least several people that have stated that they can read ancient script. Keep up the great work!

*In Indonesian language, "Harappan" means Hope, taken from the Sanskrit language used by the ancestors of the Indonesian thousand years ago and used until now which means "HOPE".*

Please keep producing programs about the earliest civilizations.
Also explore the undersea megalith remains off the coast of Japan.
The Hopi say there have been 4 great ages of man, Delores Cannon says the same. Civilizations apparently have existed possibly for millions of years, please do programs in this kind of info.👍

There is a cemetery of the Harappan civilization near the city of Sahiwal in Punjab, Pakistan. I had the opportunity to visit this site and was struck by the hundreds of human bones that were scattered throughout the area. Despite its historical importance, this location remains largely untouched by archaeologists and researchers, leaving the full story of the Harappan civilization in this area yet to be uncovered.

Mohenjo-daro was also flooded in 2022 Pakistan floods! While the water remained stagnant for months in the modern towns, the flooded water got drained away within a week by the millennia old drainage system at this site!
