This song references the Romanian folk ballad / poem "Miorița" (The Little Ewe Lamb). It tells the story of a shepherd who is about to be killed by two other shepherds. When he is told this by one of his sheep he does not try to escape his fate but he starts to plan his funeral.

To spare his family the sorrow of his death he sends them a message that he had married a princess and that the whole nature was part of this wedding. Also, the Sun and the Moon (Soarele şi Luna) hold their wedding crown.

So the whole song explains his impending death and the girl in the clip symbolizes his fate which he cannot escape. Or maybe she is even Death personified. At the end he follows her so he dies.

Trebuie sa recunosc ca melodia e:
1. In romana, un mare plus pentru ca romana noastra e melodioasa si usor de inteles.
2. Are un iz mistic la limita intre paganism si traditii. O melodie care ma duce cu gandul la crudul primaverii si a stramosilor nostri care asemanau primavara cu speranta.
3. E despre iubire si casatorie. E despre elemente astrale si dragoste.
4. Suna extrem de bine si catchy.
5. Fluierul suna foarte bine si creeaza un negativ armonios cu ideea piesei, dar totusi modern.

Eu n-am mai votat la eurovision ca mi se pare ca nu castiga cine trebuie, de multe ori pe considerente politice si extremism(intelegeti voi), dar piesa asta e total opusul la ce e aici si merita votul meu. Merita sa o votez si sa o sustin la concurs. Ne auzim pe 9 si 13 mai. Bravo, fratilor!
