Great video! ticks all the boxes... one thing coaches need to realise is that the client needs them more than they need the client. Hard to understand when finances are tight but don't forget that the money they are paying you will only cover your temporary bills, but what you show them through your coaching will help them for the rest of their life! in Europe for example the average obese person can expect bills upto and even exceeding €80, 000 throughout there lifetime. With this in mind you need to dominate and take control of that pre-consultation call to set the tone for the sales call and commencing coaching - otherwise the client does what they want with you and will whine and complain about the price and then about your coaching. NO, you are the authority!
