Jab bhi ONDC me order karne jata hoon to khbhi bhi riders available nhi hota hai... Riders milne ka probability 1%...so if I am hungry then I have to stay hungry 😂 or I have to choose other option 😂

I think ONDC has a marketing problem. The government doesn't know how to sell it to the consumers, and frankly that shouldn't come off as surprising at all. There's a reason why it's said that the government should refrain from doing businesses.

Moreover ONDC abhi beta stages pe hai, aur jo bhi kami hogi uska feedback le ke uspe work kr fr ache se launch hoga mere khyal se.

Pehli baat ONDC is not a platform. It’s Network Protocol.

Yaha koi raja nahi hai it’s democratised e-commerce solution jaha adani, Ambani, aapki dukaan, hamari dukaan, sabki dukan ko equal opportunity milti hai and liberty to choose seller, logistics etc.,

Humne bhi ONDC integration kiya hamare client ke liye logistics services ke liye. Sabhi ke liye he thoda complicated jarur hai but future is bright. Abhi 1 hi saal hua hain and man power kam hai ONDC ke pass.

Gradually theek hoga. And ye community driven hai network me jo log hai wo saath milkar kaam karenge and usko alive rakhenge.

It’s too early to judge. I’m personally working on a seller onboarding app. There are so many areas which is in beta stage and not even live pan India. It has such a amazing framework that will democratise the whole ecom ecosystem.

I once ordered and i didn't receive my order and apparently restaurant didn't receive the order in first place!. And in many restaurants delivery was higher than Zomato...ONDC was very chaotic

I have stopped ordering food from zomato and swiggy when I found that Ola is using ONDC the food is much cheaper there. For an item that costs 250-300 (with zomato gold/swiggy one subscription) in Zomato/Swiggy, it costs 120-150 in Ola.

After few orders, ondc started charging the same amount Zomato and swiggy charges.

bhai mene khana order kiya tha, to usne kuch items to aayi hi nahi.
aur complain ke liye bhi koi option nahi hai.
email Id pe koi response hi nahi de raha.

ONDC should need more advertisement like sending bulk SMS, this has also potential to create parallel competition in the market that is what required for the consumers, this may also create a parallel vendor or service provider jobs too.

Sahi kaha aapne. Kal ek recently hotel gaya me ROCKING HOTEL 1GHANTE KE BAAD ORDER AYA. wajeh yeh thi ek kitchen se online order par unka dhyan zyda tha. Jo customer unke shop par akar baithe hain.. ek burger order par 45min late aya table par... Kehne par sir hamara online order zyda

Ya, eventhough its less marketed but still there is trust/support required
There's so difficult to spot mishaps and scams on ONDC unless It acts like centralised but then I don't think there will be price change left so no use 😂😂

I think it is not going anywhere with these type of logistics and services, i am going to share my opinion with this app .
I orderd a pizza in just 72 rupees including 2rs as a tax and delivery charges. Due to low wages to delivery boys they were not delivering my parcel, in the end i had to book a rapido from there to deliver my parcel, even the customer support was worst i ever experienced in my life.
