This is great info. But how often should you contact a seller lead if they say they are thinking of selling several months away. What I do is I send them drip mail and mailers. Should I call them also?

I am absolutely guilty of not following up. I’ve been an agent for 1 month and I’m still trying. I’m working hard on FSBO’s I’ve gotten a listing but that’s it and I’m realizing it’s because I’m not digging hard enough to get the business. Thank you for the info, I love your content.

I like the idea of working with Brandon, adopting the Vulcan technology platform, personally owning that data so it’s portable, and eliminating the need for most of my firm’s ‘technology package’. Did I get that right?

I had a conversation with a consultant the other day, and he asked me a great question while we were having a discussion about retargeting: "Think about a recent purchase you've made. How many times did you need to look at it or see it in order to pull the trigger?" The answer was about 5, and this is for a consumer purchase or even just a lead form opt-in, not an entire home transaction. It takes a lot of follow up and awareness to win over a lead!
