Youtube has definitely been the best for me. I have made over $1M in commissions in just the last 2.5 years solely from YT and it's crazy how easy the business has gotten with the high quality leads that come through.

One thing I dislike about Zillow is that an agent can 'buy' all the zip codes in your area and Zillow will only filter leads to them. The deck is definitely stacked against you if you're a newer agent or just don't want to spend a ton w Zillow leads.

Brandon - Good stuff... Real Good Stuff! The only comment I would make is that most agents do not have a system (and/or are disciplined enough) to work a system like Real Geeks for the long haul because some of our best leads are the ones that are 2-5 years old... ones we have kept in touch with. But I understand that the newer agents don't always have the luxury of having a database like that to work. Otherwise the list is pretty spot on. It's stuff we have been working on. Thank you again!

Totally agree about FB ads. Complete garbage. The only ones saying they work are those trying to sell their systems. People sitting on the toilet bowl, browsing their FB, have zero intent on purchasing or selling a home.

Excellent video and advice! I work in retail and I'm in the last chapter in my Chicago real estate licensing school. About to get ready to take my licensing exam. Discouraged by everyone talking about failure in the first year and tough market on the realtors Facebook group. Then I realized my school really only teaches the laws. It doesn't teach how to run a business, so I'm putting the time in to get additional real estate education. People like you who are much more experienced helping me a lot.
