Thank you for mentioning that these lines are from concentration! Everyone else calls them frown lines and being a positive person I hardly ever frown so it doesn't make sense. But I focus on the computer all day for years and this is where these lines come from. Thanks for the exercises, I'm gonna do them daily and hopefully smooth the skin in the area!

I don't know how it took me so long to find you! I really enjoyed this...you are so easy to listen to and understand, and your voice is quite soothing. I intend to go check out more of your videos. I get so irritated with these plastic surgeons who laugh off face yoga, claiming that you cannot do anything about lazy, aging muscles except injecting them! They, above all people, know that muscles in the face should be worked out just like the muscles in your body. I am 65 and my two annoying areas are my "ll" and my heavy, drooping upper eyelids. Thanks again.

Amazing!!! As you press firmly, what feels firm as if it were bone, starts to compress becoming obvious it is muscle tissue. I feel as good as a one hour body massage in 5 minutes!!

I’m 17 and I flex those muscles a lot. I’m really insecure about it because it formed not exactly a wrinkle but like an 11 bump. I’m going to do this a lot!! Thanks for info

It’s been a week since I’ve done this massage and there’s been some improvement :) it’s not as bad as it was when I started. I try not to flex those muscles a lot and massage that area about 3 times daily.

This a response from my thread so you don’t have to open it.

recently I noticed that I haven’t been moisturizing my face like I did for the past years. So make sure you wash your face with lukewarm water (soap is optional) and put lotion on! This really helps too! It takes a while too but now it’s like the bump was never there!

I'm giving up and getting botox but this did help open my sinuses. I can breathe!
