😂 As a Gen Xer (1969, ) I. LOVE. THIS.

My God. I was certain, when all of the Boomers and Silent Generation folks were calling Gen X lazy and slackers, that we would not fall into that habit which older people have fallen into since time immemorial…and here are members of my cohort, in their 50’s, essentially screaming, “get off my lawn!” I want no part of it.

For Pete’s sake! We have all of the world’s knowledge in the palm of our hands and middle aged people choose to go on tik tok and bitch about teenagers not having any common sense and 20 somethings making bad decisions? REALLY?!?

(Not all people have good memories. I do. I’m 54 and I can say truthfully that I made some really crap decisions in my teens and 20’s…and if social media had existed back then? I probably would have unalived myself before I managed to graduate high school.)

These Gen X people trying to pick fights with other generations, about Eminem no less, are just sad because they peaked in high school. Gimme a break?🙄
