girl, even I will never be a 12 books a month reader, it is physically impossible !! like, how does one retain anything from the books at that point ? unless they're, like, picture books lol

I've seen On What Grounds on the cozy mystery shelves at Barnes & Noble and have wanted to read it solely because I've worked at a coffee shop & I like mysteries! I've never read a cozy mystery before & feel like this series would be a cute little start lol

And same! I'm scary good at guessing plot twists, and I blame it all on the Forensic Science class I took senior year of high school. Lol we watched SO MANY true crime documentaries, and some of them really messed with me, and obviously stuck with me hah. Unless the twist has some fantasy/supernatural element, I'm prob gonna know what happens/who the suspect is

The ACOTAR series only gets steamier, so maybe not continue with it? I liked the series, but the last book I read was back in 2017, when I wasn't walking as close with God & didn't see the problem with steamy scenes in the books I read! But I mean, they are incredibly well-written, so if you don't mind skipping the spicy times, then definitely continue! ACOMAF has such a sweet little slow burn of a romance before it goes full-steam ahead lol

also so happy you loved Truly Devious! It's so perfect for fall, will never stop recommending it for that reason alone

I am a book-lover and a Christian so the fact that you made this video made me so happy! It’s a little unfortunate when I search for new books because a lot of books nowadays are pretty dirty and ungodly. A few days ago, I finished a book with 2 gay romances and it made me so uncomfortable.. I forced myself to finish it because I was already mostly through. Which is why I mostly stick to classics. I LOVE classics. They are so much more thoughtful and meaningful and original in my opinion. Personally, my favorites are Frankenstein and A Little Princess (I haven’t read a lot of books lol).

Been waiting for another book vid! Definitely love these. Especially around fall time. You should try reading cards on the table by Agatha Christie. Definitely a really good one by her. And not too many characters to keep track of! Lol

Love book related videos and that you point out the intimate things in them some people don’t and it makes it hard to find out if the book is clean or not.
