In my opinion, it's not just the best dice game of the summer, it's just straight up THE best game. You did a great job of pointing out so many of the things I absolutely love about this game, and you showed off the fantastic art, the brilliant design choices, the unique heroes with thematic differences... I just truly can't get enough Dice Throne. I own it all and I would play ANY of the characters they have released at any time, and know I'm in for a good time! I highly recommend picking up S1:Rerolled to compliment your Marvel set. You can mix and match characters from any of the Dice Throne games, for a truly original, unique fight!

Glad you enjoyed it so much! As a huge fan of Dice Throne, I cannot recommend S1, S2, and Adventures enough! I love having the large variety of characters. By the way, on your demonstration of rolling dice to attack, you already had a small straight (1-2-3-4) on your first roll! Not bad!

I've been a Kickstarter backer since Season One, this is such a fun, quick, teachable game. It's also backwards compatible with every season including the cooperative Adventures. Every character is completely unique. You can tell a lot of work and love has been put in to craft this wonderful game.

This is my gateway game to get people into board games since everyone can easily pick up and start chucking dice. I'll be a backer for every project in the future.

This is my game of choice for when I "gateway" intro for non-board gamers. The theme is iconic and attractive to a wide variety of people. The accessibility, beautiful high quality game components and short teaching time make it perfect for easing someone into the community. The reactive game play, diverse cast and short play time makes this ideal for binging or marathoning multiple plays in one session. Lastly it hits that balance of easy to learn while still having enough depth to support a competitive scene for those who truly want to master it.
All in all it's as close to a perfect game for new comers as I can think of. Great Video!

Dice Throne is so so good!!! I didn't go for the Marvel version as I already have season's 1 and 2 which is plenty of characters (16) for my wife and I. Though "Christmas in July" is tempting...
It's my wife's and my go to for when we want a fun fast light game.
I, personally, like the variability of complexity. Sometimes I really want to just bash things with the Barbarian or Pyromancer and sometimes I want to play the fully complicated Tactician or... Artificer? I think that's the name. Just depending on whar my brain is feeling up for.
