Add an Optical (Toslink) input to Amp.

Optical (Toslink) input to RCA converter. Powered from a 5.7V rail inside the Amp. The initial negative rail I used gave me audible ripple noise, so I checked continuity and discovered that Audio ground was (in this case) chassis ground , giving me a clean supply with no adverse effect on the audio channels.
