Q: I watch a lot of food/travel blogs, like yours. And of course, I appreciate that you try pretty much everything. Only thing I wonder is... you can't possibly finish ALL the items you order, can you? What happens with the rest? To-go? Share with team? Or... well, dispose?

I dont trust food reviews where the establishment KNOWS you're doing a review on them and the food there. For example, entering the establishment with cameras or phones out in plain view recording everything thereby letting everyone know that your doing a food review or going in the back to have the cook/chef explain how the food is prepared. The establishment will give you the best version of the food and service that may not be typical of the everyday patron.

my hubby tried coconut shrimp, for the first time ever, at our local Red Lobster in Fairfax, Va.

He LOVED it. he was even willing to be on my youtube video about their all you can eat shrimp. keep up the great work! 😊
