I believe I'm living proof that veganism truly works. At 67 years young, I'm healthier than ever and have been a vegan for 11 years, although my journey fluctuated between vegetarianism and omnivorism before I fully committed. Interestingly, I embraced veganism even before I knew the term or the movement—it was a natural gravitation towards a lifestyle that resonated with me deeply. Over the years, I've felt a profound connection not just with my diet, but with the world around me—from insects to flowers, and even the sea and the wind. It’s as if veganism has unlocked a new way of communicating with the universe. I am completely free from what we traditionally call the standard diet of 21st-century humans. To all vegan activists, I want to say: your efforts matter. Even if I were the last person on this planet, I promise to stay vegan forever. Thank you for your dedication and inspiration.

One argument I did find anywhere debunked is about Omega 3. The 3 types that are needed can't be found in plants in the needed amount, only in small fish. And they are crucial to the development and function of the brain.
