POV: You are in the frontlines of the Passchendaele. There is artillery barrage against enemy positions. There is implacable rain makes the earth to the mud. You are trying to cover your self from cold rain and trying to cover your rifle from the mud. Artillery fire could be finish anytime. You have to be ready against enemy but the war? No... no... War will never finish. You have to be ready your self against enemy. The artillery will finish soon, you have to be rest until enemy comes out from the hell. You need to be keep your brain open but your eyes needs take a rest isn't it ? Indeed... Go to sleep a little bit. You will be wake up automaticly when the artillery finish.

Well, my gran- grandpa was always smoking a cigar, would walk around always with a cigar between his lips finish a cigar, already lighting a new one. He fought WW1 at Marasesti Battle. I basicaly realized that they were hearing the sound made by enemy arty firing a shell continously for several years I mean holy fuuuck, man. 🚬

Weird how sounds of war can actually be sort of comforting, in some possibly twisted way. I like that this one combines rain and thunder with battlefield noises in the distance. I just wish the logo would either disappear after a few minutes or was not right in the middle of the screen.
