I hope you liked my Block Blue Light Elite XL review video. As you can see, this body panel is really big but not as big as the competition. The XL does a lot correct though, such as wavelengths and a great overall power output, is paired with great customer service, and more!

I have the Elite XL on their stand. My wife is 62", I am 68". The Elite is perfect for us. Head to just above ankles. After normal sessions, a comfy chair and small stool allow full foot and ankle coverage for me . (A little extra time, but i don't mind). My wife gets full coverage on a step up. Owner is very responsive. Very pleased with purchase. Thank you for an excellent review of this panel!

I have a blockbluelight Powerpanel Max and tabletop for the missus. Both are great devices and I believe they currently have a 20% sale on.

As ever, your information in vids is invaluable.

I always enjoy your reviews, Alex. Your information helped me choose my MitoPRO 300X, which was a great purchase. The more I look into red light therapy, the science, the studies, I'm not sure I agree that bigger & wider (even more powerful) is better. Sure, It can be very beneficial but just because a body panel doesn't fully cover both shoulders or isn't tall enough, doesn't mean the benefits are less somehow. And it seems the research supports that more isn't always better. To be fair, I know that isn't what you're saying in your review and it's not the purpose of your video. Again, I love your videos and I'm so glad you're sharing your knowledge.

Now that I've been using my much smaller MitoPRO 300X panel, the flexibility of using this unit in different locations of my house or adjusting it to treat different body parts as needed is something that can't be understated. If money and space were no issue, then I would definitely want something like the Elite XL. But I can't dismiss the far more practical and affordable options that a smaller panel gives. So, I just wanted to share my experience here because considering one of Blue Blockers smaller panels could be a much better bang for your buck in comparison.

I'm glad I didn't wait to get a bigger panel because I now see the versatility of smaller panels for long-term use. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Hi Alex, great channel and videos! I am checking the elite xl as size vs price vs features for me - it works. Your review remarks around a remote control - a review by a customer on the Company website says a downside is it doesn’t come with a remote. I sent a message to the company via messenger and it was confirmed the elite xl doesn’t come with a remote. It’s a shame as reaching around (I plan to have it on a stand above a massage couch) rather than using a remote to start it up or change a setting is a bit of a pain - esp. for a $3k + item.

I've got the XL I do 3 treatments one diagonal facing front left corner of panel, one diagonal facing front right corner of panel and one with my back to the panel. Total time 21 minutes. I was really drawn by the 5 year warranty and could always add another panel in the future and will only need two sessions.

Alex, love your vids. Something I'm struggling to find info on is it BAD to use to strong of a light for skin rejuvenation? I just bought the JOVS based on your review, but if I buy a more expensive panel does it fulfill what I'm trying to get from the JOVS or is it to strong?

Would you do a video discussing which red light studies/trials utilized lasers vs. LEDs? Also, could you give your and your son's experience using red light? I'd love to know what is working for you personally and if you use laser or LED and if your benefits are coming from a personal device or something commercial in a doctors office or something.
Does Hamlin promote the use of led or laser or both?

Thanks!

I think if you want to go XL size, you might as well take the extra step to get a full body size panel. Of course I am biased because I am on the larger size myself.

Hopefully you can include the Hooga ULTRA 5400 with your large panel comparison, its got 1080 LED's with pulsing in 630, 660, 810 and 850 nm. I purchased one recently and have been really impressed.

Hello Alex, i watched a couple of your videos and i'm planning on buying a full body device. I'm looking for long term use and hesitating between a Biomax600 and the Bestqool Pro200 as its a lot cheaper. Do you think it would be worth it to buy the more expensive one? I mean how big of a difference there is? I'm open for any other suggestions too, i'm an athlete and looking to buy one for recovery purposes. Thank you for your answer in advance

Need help. Looking for a full coverage bed for a wellness lounge. Either a top and bottom or just top. Top recommendation. Want quality

If it is elite and xl, why is it not actually taller, wider, more powerful, or inclusive of 1000-1200nm range, as some others are?

Does the dimming function change irradiance?

Do the dark glasses you get with therapy panels just block the brightness of the actual light, or do they also block the rays that do the work, so the area around the eyes does not receive any benefits?

you dont need 100% full body coverage. experiments have shown irradiating your back affects mitochondria on other sites of the body. A 300 led panel is fine for most.
