Cece autism reveal!! I’m a long time viewer of yours and also autistic and if made my heart feel so full to see you stim reading and talking about how it has helped you feel the emotions of the book more deeply. Unmasking your autistic instincts can be hard but is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences I have ever had. I suspected I was autistic at 15 and was diagnosed at 17, and I’m 24 now. Unpacking and unmasking your autism can be an ongoing long term process- I still feel like each day I am connecting more deeply with autistic parts of myself that I had deeply repressed as a child and teen. Allowing myself to stim freely has unlocked a wonderful feedback loop of stimming to connect with emotions, and then uncovering even more hidden emotions that make me want to stim more.
All of this to say I am really happy and proud of you for sharing your autism will us, it is a great honour and a privilege and I look forward to videos you may post in the future

Ceceeee 🧡 I haven't read Chef's Kiss but I've read the companion Chef's Choice and it was SO good, I'm so in love with Luna. Very excited to get Simone and Ray's full story at some point. I also loved Hell Followed With Us, I'm so here for books about queer people and their religion-fueled rage. Andrew Joseph White is going to be a powerhouse I think.
