Love this track, sad yet peaceful. Getting the melodica section right took some work but with clever EQ'ing and pitch shifting I was able to achieve a sound somewhat like the original.

"Sad yet peaceful", because it's the moment in the game where Tidus face total acceptance. The acceptance that Zanarkand is gone, all his past his gone, all his hopes too. Accepting reality especially when you refused it so hard till that moment, is very difficult, there is so much sadness, but at the same time there is no more struggle, a strong sensation of peace. What a masterpiece is this game.
