Man dealing with 4-year ‘nightmare’ after license plate was stolen

It's more common than you think. An Orlando man said he has been dealing with a nearly four-year nightmare after his license plate was stolen after a car crash.

DMV needs to come up with better policies if you ask me! That should never happen to anyone. If your insurance company is notified of a wreck/tow yard AND the police filed a report on a wreck and tow, where is the information stored and who isn't doing their job?
