Just a few other things to mention:

Not sure if you realized it (it honestly may have been broken at the time), but you can see items sorted by price by clicking either the "Asking Price" or the "Buy Now" tabs. I was in the head start, but I didn't honestly use the Broker too much during that time period.

Also, you didn't mention that you can click on the "Your Listings" tab, and simply right click your items to sell them. OR Shift+Right Click to sell only a certain number of items in a stack.

A great simple sales tactic is to go 1 gold, silver or copper underneath the minimum price when listing an item. This ensures people see your item when searching for the best deal.

You don't have to set it. It just does it, the reason you see Make Offer, is because the player who is selling that item is online.

mm interesting thing that the auction house actually gives u a minimum price below which u cannot sell your item, how is it calculated?

Good question. It seem that the buyout prices is just an extra percentage added on to the asking price.

Can't u buy just one item by itself instead of always having the buy now option just for the whole bundle?

How some offers have "Buy Now" option only and other have both "Make Offer" and "Buy Now". I didn't see an option to set it.
