We cover the basics of the Auction house to search and how to add things to sell.

I find it very easy as well. Just as an example, my wife started playing Tera as her first MMO. The other day she was asking me questions about the broker sales, which prompted me to put this video together. So those that have been playing MMOs for years, probably will never have a need to watch this. But new folks that never have played may find this video useful. Just trying to help out the new folks.

My understanding is when you post something to the auction house you can set it to where folks can give you offers. I haven't done this and I will look around tonight and comment back with better certainty.

Nice vid just trying to learn how people sell their goodies and make money to also improve my skills. I don't farm on broker like buy cheap and sell high. But farming with mobs actually makes more gold if they're like one lvl below you, pull them in and kill them and during the day just check the broker if you can. Recommend you sell above minimum price cause its the system price not player's offered price in the auction house already. And farm mobs or beams if you can it'll take a while but it

Minimum is the lowest item of the same for sale at the AH. I'll have to look closer at the AVG. I would think it would be the total cost of all items/the number of those items.

I would really want to not have that negotiate thing pop up for me whenever I put stuff in the trading house, its really annoying especially in when I am in the middle of a battle.

The only thing I'm confused about is the Asking Price and the Make Offer button. Why is the Make Offer button sometimes grayed out? Does that mean that the item can only be bought now for the higher amount? If so, then I don't really understand then why it would list an Asking Price.

The only thing that confuses me is the Average and Minimum price listings when you go to list an item. Is it based off what's currently on the AH? Is minimum the current lowest price, or is it the lowest you can sell the item for?

Any level. You only pay a fee if your'e not Elite.
