Tera Dismantling Gear

This is a guide on how to dismantle gear as of 1/11/2015. All help I had found previously had been out of date, something had changed at some point. I'm new to the game just a few weeks in. I also have a video on how to remove gems so that you can disenchant an item. omg thank you i played this game in the past but there was no mention of the new way of enchanting which really pissed me off because sure its in your inventory but its a small button easy to miss

so i have leveled to 54 and everything i try to do this all the gear is gray...
