Vasectomy is a widely used and efficient technique to suppress male fertility. It is performed as a definitive solution to prevent fertility in males, even though there are certain circumstances that might motivate the reversal of this process, for example, changing partner or the psychological assimilation of not being fertile anymore.

Getting a vasectomy was the worst decision of my life. I lost my wife and my man hood! I did it a little over 16 years ago at age 27 and I noticed a big difference in the way ejaculation felt and my overall energy immediately afterwards. I lost all my testosterone and it feels weird and dulled in a uncomfortable way when I ejaculate. I can't explain the feeling. You would have to feel it yourself. The only time I feel normal is when I'm taking testosterone. Which I had to start doing at age 29 because my levels were so low. The wrong feeling I get with ejaculation has never went away and I'm now 43 years old. This happens to other men too. Look it up before you talk trash. Please, please look it up before getting one!
