I want to sync two video clips based on their audio, how can I do that? The Sync Audio option doesn't appear

For all wondering how to sync clips if the audio and video both are in the same file, simply drag and drop in edit tab, select both tracks (audio and video), then right click and uncheck the option - "link files" now you can drag the audio wherever you want.

I dont have the auto sync option after I cut(shorten) the video length. After I do this it is considered a timeline. Is it possible to auto sync the timeline and external audio?

I don't have the autosync option eitherr, or the one that follows. I do have, "Update timecode from audio track."

I have two video clips, one is just for better audio from a tablet that was too close to use for video.

Do the audio and video files have to be the exact same length? Could I still do this if sound starts rolling before the camera? I have ben trying for weeks but nothing seems to have any effect.

nice tutorial, but within resolve 16, it is also possible to sync multiple video clips (30 a 50) with 1 long audio clip from 1 hour?..no time code
