While charging at the Warwick M40 Northbound services, I made this quick video to explain Tesla Superchargers and their connectors. While the majority of Supercharging sites are for Tesla vehicles only, some Tesla Supercharging sites are already open to all EV drivers in the UK. Over time, Tesla will open up more sites.

Used the Dundee station a few months ago to charge my i3 with no issues. The app was easy to use in terms of finding the charging station and setting up payment

I just collected a Tesla model 3, 2021 model.

Tried charging at a supercharger but kept getting ‘someone else is at that stall’.

Tried:

Select stall through the app > message to plug car in, I do that but then get charging failed. When I try start charge through app, get the above error.

Was able to charge a VW ID.3 at the location before and tried 3 stalls before moving on.

Anyone any suggestions?

So with a model S at this supercharger, should you always use the Tesla proprietary connector or the CCS with adaptor? Which is faster? Thanks

At charging station provide customers external hoover & water jet spray attachment so that they can safely clean the car interior and exterior, pump air into tyres while the car is being charged. Help keep car in good condition regularly
