If you've never had a credit card, then this video will take you through the basics you need to know and recommend the top first credit cards.

Though you can get benefits such as extra consumer protection, 0% interest and rewards, the main reason to get a card is to help boost your credit score. But only do this if you are confident you won't get sucked into debt and spending money you can't afford.

Nice video Andy! My one point would be that the 30% utilisation doesn't really apply in the UK - it does in the US because that is the sweet spot for the FICO score, but UK credit scoring works very differently and that sweet spot doesn't really exist :)
