To be honest neither of them are villains they both did good and bad things but sarabi didn’t feel the same towards taka so she was allowed to choose who she wanted and mufasa didn’t want to be king but the animals forced him in a way to be

I feel great sympathy for Scar and I always loved him even as an awesome villain but gotta be honest, Sarabi herself chose Mufasa, it had nothing to do with him

The real villein is scar's father who never let him to learn any skills and the other hand Mufasa learned so much from scar's mother so scar didn't even get chance to prove himself he got into self doubt.. And also he got manipulated by his father in some way..

I have told many people this and I'll say it again. He was supposed to be throned in his own land not milalae, there was no king or queen of milalae. So they chosed Mufasa as he brought them together. And Sarabi didn't want Taka/Scar and I hope you remember he tried to deny and ignore Sarabi. But Sarabi made it clear she only wanted Mufasa and not Taka/Scar.

Before Mufasa realized his feelings for Sarabi, he lied that Taka saved her. But Sarabi figured out that it was him, and she chose him. So Mufasa actually was nice to Scar. I understand that Scar could feel jealous or sad, but then he tried to get revenge, which was a bad decision

Yes, Scar/Taka was the heir to the throne, but we need to understand that Scar's "kingdom" was where his family was killed and not milele, so his authority didn't matter in milele. At that point he was the heir to nothing

Milele had no leader, the inhabitants of milele chose mufasa to be their king, scar had no claim to the throne; well not im milele anyway

Let me point some facts :
1:Taka was the heir to Obasi’s throne when he left The Valley of Kings he was a stray like Mufasa so just because Taka was born in royalty doesn’t mean he can have anything he wants
2: Taka didn’t love Sarabi he just had a crush 😻 on her and Mufasa did knew Taka “loved” Sarabi but Sarabi soon knew in the mountains it was Mufasa who saved her from the elephant 🐘 stampede
3: Taka nearly made Milele go bye bye thanks to Kiros 🦁😈⚪️ and he never thought for his actions even though he did save Mufasa for the last time realising the mistake he made Mufasa couldn’t just fully forgive Taka after what he did cause if Taka’s trap did work then Mufasa 🦁👑 would never have seen his mother after many years and Sarabi and the others would’ve died
4: Mufasa deserved to be king because he told the animals of Milele to stand together and like Eshe said “To be a true king you must earn it” and Taka didn’t earn to be king 👑 he could’ve stood by Mufasa’s side but decided to go on the path of jealousy, anger 👿 and sadness 😭

*Mufasa:* "Why did you become a villain?"
*Scar:* "Because you stole my crush and my rank!"

Will Mufasa was chosen to be king because of his bravery and leadership.

After watching the movie I felt really bad for Taka, aka Scar

He should be. Mufasa did so he could to make Sarabi fall in love with Taka. He lied that it was Taka who saved her, gave him tips on how to attract Sarabi (duck flowers) and at last it was sarabi's choice to choose her mate for life. It was all Obasi's fault. And Taka wasn't innocent. He betrayed Mufasa and brought in the outsiders to Milele. He brought danger to innocent animals who never harmed him in any way. It was Mufasa's compassionate decision to let Taka stay in the pridelands as Scar.

Bro didn’t even want to be king he wanted Taka to be king

I disagree. Mufasa was taken in and forced to stay with the women. So naturally, Taka’s mother cared for him and took him under her wing.
Mufasa even lied to Sarabi to make Taka look good in hopes that she would fall for him. Even though Taka cared for her, Sarabi didn’t feel the same way. Out of jealousy, Taka turned his back on them. Additionally, Mufasa never wanted to be king, but the role was forced on him. In the end, Taka wasn’t strong enough to be king anyway.

Come to think of it. In the 1994 movie, Scar could have easily killed Simba, who was just a kid at the time knowing that Simba would be a threat in the future towards his rein as a leader, if he (Scar) was that evil. Instead, he sent Simba away to go survive somewhere else.
