Why does wireshark did not capture packets in the http request?(if modified since problem)

if you signed into your firefox account and also if you have installed any extensions this will make the http request turns it into https request
making a tunnel around the http making it harder and not possible to capture with the wireshark

The reason wireshark didn't work is there is a option in Firefox settings called HTTPS- Only mode because of which it's encrypting the requests so turn it off. Select the Don't enable don't enable HTTPS-Only mode
