In Puglia, Italy, we make orecchiette pasta with broccoli rabe by boiling them, then sauteeing them in olive oil, chopped chili, garlic and anchovy(optional), then we top it with toasted breadcrumbs previously browned with olive oil, chili, garlic and anchovies (again, optional)
