Having had loads of cameras and been active in photography since the 90s, I can say hand on heart, the XT2 was my favourite camera of all time (and still is - it is still my go to camera on a daily basis). Free of gadgets and stuff and pure naked photography.

Pretty sure that Fuji can match the AF & IBIS capabilities of the competitors. I'm hoping that they go beyond such as revolutionary feature usability, long hand-held exposures, stacking images directly in-camera, and low-light performance. I also hope they keep the weight down - a key selling point of APS-C is that it can be more compact and light than full-frame. Not so excited about megapixels.

Things Fuji needs to get right.
1) True custom profiles. X-T4 is so annoying for video shooting because I can't save framerate and shutter angle presets.
2) Touch tracking? My old 2017 Canon SL2/200D has better tracking autofocus than Fuji.
3) Full width 4k60p, unlimited 4k30p at the very least.
4) Refresh the 16-55 f/2.8. The exposure stepping makes it unusable for video. Also, why can't we set manual focus degrees? Linear mode focus throw is long, but non-linear is unusable. Fujifilm, I like your lenses, but the 16-55 is nowhere near $1200 with such low quality downsides.
5) No 10-24 f/2.8? Tamron has the 11-20 f/2.8 which is sharper and faster than the 10-24 f/4.
6) Upgrade the app please. It doesn't even cost that much to program it properly.
7) No more Ghost Face/Eye AF please. In 2022 and I have to use Single Point AF-S focus recompose to shoot portraits. I don't even know why I upgraded to mirrorless.
8) White balance in video. Please let us tie the white balance to a command dial to scroll. Sometimes there is no time to use grey card when shooting. The current Kelvin white balance setting is too clunky, why am I setting them digit by digit? Just let us change in 100K steps.
i.e. 2800 2900 3000 3100 3200. NOT set 0, set 3, set 2, set 00 just to get 3200K. *Please hire real UI/UX designers.*
9) Change F-log optimal exposure to +0ev. I know it's better to overexpose log, so make the perfect overexposed level 0ev. The scale only shows +2.0 ev max but F-log needs +1 or +1.3 ev. Just 2/3 stops more and it says +2.0ev but is it 2.0? 3? or +4ev? I will never know. Just copy how Panasonic displays V-log exposure. Is it so difficult?
10) LUTs to convert F-log to all film simulations.
11) Let us use custom film recipes for video too.
