Nice to hear about all the features and see this new X-T5. I like it is physically smaller and lighter then X-T4 (that I have used for 27 months now). Maybe time to start to dream about a camera (and lens) upgrade. X-T5 for sure is interesting upgrade for an X-T4 user like me. I hope pal2tech will get his hand on an X-T5 för a review. I trust his reviews.

I shoot a xt-4 with the 150-600mm often, and a grip is a MUST! I hope they reconsider releasing a grip for the xt-5.

@25:23 yes I have noticed this too. Fujifilm RAF and JPG files can be manipulated a lot without losing their integrity. Unlike other camera manufacturer files.

Thank You Fujifilm! Using your cameras has, for me, brought back the fun factor and instantaneous muscle and visual adjustment memory as when I explored the world with a Leica M3 or the wonderful Fuji GS645 decades ago. And the Fuji color tech is so superior, I spend a fraction of the time in Photoshop than with the DSLRs I used from the beginning of the digital era until I swapped them out for your superior mirrorless cameras 3+ years ago. I also really appreciate that all your lenses offer excellent image quality. Even my old well-worn 18-55 resolves crisply corner to corner at f5.6 -f10 on the new 40MP X-H2 sensor. Fantastic. Can't wait to start focus stacking with the new 30mm Macro. I've already got my order in. I hope you weather this bizarre flippy screen vs tilting screen controversy without problems: I've got both (In the X-T3 and the X-H2): both work great, I'm clever enough to use either comfortably. (Maybe some people just need something to complain about) Either one is easier than throwing a cloth over the 4X5 and sliding in film holders, so I can't be bothered by minor ergonomics that can easily be adjusted to. That said, I do think Fuji is wise to offer their technology in both vintage-modern and hybrid form factors. I'll be first in line for an X-E5 when that rolls out. Heh heh 😁
