As a Dem Vet of Vietnam, I was outraged by Trump's casual dismissal of John McCain (I like heros who weren't captured) because I knew what McCain had gone through as a POW; I respected McCain enormously and went from disliking Trump to loathing him. McCain had class--Trump has no class at all.
