Boring to drive? So what's better a car with more road feel? Who wants to feel more of the road with all it's irregularities? I want to glide over bumps and hear less of the tire noise. I don't want to feel jerks in acceleration each time a gear changes. I don't want 2 or 3 downshift in gears each time I want to quickly accelerate. I think the new 2018 Camry drives really well and the power delivery is very responsive much better than the BMW 7 series that gave me back pain in any drive longer than 30 minutes due to the firmness of the suspension and the seats.

What a sad review of a Camry. I can only see one dull thing here and it isn't a car.

There is such a different opinion over the pond, where in the US it isn't regarded as an executive car and nor is it thought of as being large. It is also way, way more preferred that any brands from Europe, as reliability counts for a lot more probably due to the larger driving distances.

Yeah, it’s not boring to drive. I’ve driven and owned a lot of different cars, everything from large Volvos to Mazda MX5. This is one of the better cars I’ve owned in terms of driving experience. I have no idea why you would say that it’s boring, or what you’re comparing it to.

Corolla is more fun to drive?? It not as powerful as this hybrid Camry for the start, the Camry 2.5l hybrid engine 0-60mil in 7.9sec isn’t bad at all.

My issues with this UK Model Camry are as follows:
1. No option for a JBL sound upgrade which is ridiculous when you can get it on any other Toyota that isn't in the executive class. My money is on Lexus saying this wasn't allowed so not to take sales from the ES
2. No sunroof option
3. Where is the sporty model that they get in America that looks miles better? Bring that here and clearly sales would go through the roof

That was the most underwhelming review I have ever seen so far.. I know Toyota can be boring but you not buying it for the looks or how fast it can run, you buy because it can run forever with simple maintenance. Plus the engine is bulletproof.. 🤷‍♂️
