Charmaine has never been able to keep a “professional” image. She’s very emotional and that’s fine in your private life. However once you mix personal into business: things get messy really quickly.

I have a hard time sympathizing with Charmaine when she’s had multiple years and seasons to learn to keep private private and business business. She does not necessarily need to be a “tattoo artist” to RUN a business/shop. But Charmaine SHOULD have invested in QUALITY employees/artists.

I'm actually glad that Charmaine is leaving. She's unprofessional PERIOD. Negative light would not be able to be shown if she didn't illuminate negatively. She was nosey, messy and stirring trouble trying to be relevant, she made that bed she's now complaining about lying in. Ryan, move on.

Ryan is right he was there for Charmaine in spite of what she did to him. Remember how she instigated that Van comes back to the shop after Ryan fired him for disrespecting him. Charmaine was the main one that wanted Kat to go on the trip so she can tell Rachael about their affair. She played a big part of Loyal Ink vs 9 Mag with that big brawl. Charmaine throws the rock and tries to hide her hands. So I feel bad that she lost her parents but she has always had that ugly nasty attitude and very unprofessional which why she had fights with Ashley, Cobra, Kat, Reese and Lily. And her constant arguing and disrespect towards Ryan. So she can move on

I'm so sick of her little minion, like girl u only been here for a cold minute. She deserves all the backlash she's getting. Last season everyone didn't give her the full business because of her mom and dad passing then her pregnancy. She has played a part in majority of the 9 MAG drama. She has talked behind everyone's back, and had even rallied everyone several times against Ryan. She went and did a article on him shooting up the building. She has been disloyal too many times to count. During and after Ryan was having his meltdowns she was the main one talking about holding him accountable. She trashed that man so bad. After getting her play play shop, she turned into a even bigger monster. Everything she socall tried to demand of her worker's, was the total opposite of what she did at 9 Mag. After everything she did to Ryan and his shop, he was still there for her. He wasn't even on speaking terms with him, due to the new betrayal but he was close to her mom and made her a promise, and chick milked the hell out of that. Even phor spoke ok it very briefly, when he stated to Drea she's always been like that. Now she's the one getting bashed, she wants everyone to feel bad for her, ummm nope. She even showed her azz and betrayed Kit and Drea. It was like deja vu who how she did Kat. She wanted to be the HBIC, so stew in it. Boo hoo lol

Charmaine is the one who wanted to open a tattoo shop knowing she didn't know wtf she was doing. Charmaine was rude and ruined the friendship she had with the other women (Kitty & Draya) on the show. Ryan is right though, everybody has been the bad guy and she had no issue when it wasnt her. Now it is and she can't take it, oh well.
