We can definitely be alone without being lonely. Being alone just simply means we want our space, it’s a choice. Loneliness seems to be driven by an idea of not having someone to rejoin after our moment of being alone, leaving us feeling like we only have ourselves. Too many moments like these can certainly leave one feeling alone AND lonely.

Loneliness has a totally different meaning, when you are alone its a peace that you learn to create and allow it to nourish your whole body, and then you become so protective of yoyr peace.

I dated a narcissist for 10yrs, when I left him within a year got married and made 2 kids and now he is full of debt and can’t afford things for our son and he still a narcissist but he thinks he is better because he is married. Meanwhile I have everything is order and can take my son to trips and got myself a house, car and meditation brought so much joy. I won’t speak to him, but him and his wife want to bother me for the smallest thing. They are attracted by the same hate for me. He is much older so he has the new brainwashed like I was. God bless the universe and to my enemies much love and peace. 🎉

Loneliness and Being Alone periodically are two different things.
Being lonely for long periods of time can be an enemy to our mental health. Humans are social beings by nature. Being alone periodically can be healthy.
