I like zucchini though sometimes it can be difficult trying to flavor it up. This looks tasty and easy plus I really like the onion crumble. Maybe I'll make a batch of it, freeze it and toss it into other dishes to add extra wonderful flavor. Thanks Stephane!

Hi Steph, you always manage to bring us creative recipes. I use to sauté them in olive oil and garlic. I also add to the pan diced sweet potato, onion slices, and broccoli. It’s a good side dish, but I think your version it’s better than mine. I’ve to try it. Thanks 🙏
