I have to keep my back foot flat for both reg and switch tres otherwise they flip way behind me. I barely use my front foot when doing tre flips. It’s all in the back foot

Just declared war with the Tre! 5 days in and it’s interesting now matter how hard I scoop I still land varial flips, same when I try 360 shuvs it’s so weird lol

I landed one then got too confident leaning back so I slipped out and knocked the wind out of myself so the falling forward tip might of helped. People are like go get your board I'm like I can't breathe you get it if it's that important right now. Which usually I'm all about it but when you knock the wind out of yourself it's not good. I'm a more natural heelflip so I learned lazerflips then kickflip then I landed a couple varials then just decided to karate kick out and landed one when I was fooling around.
